Reformer Pilates

Reformer Pilates will refresh your mind and body; leaving you feeling happy, balanced, and recharged. Applying the traditional Pilates approach, individuals improve their posture by utilizing several ranges of motion. This method of training promotes long-lean muscle tone and flexibility.

Reformer Pilates is designed for all fitness levels and is a well-rounded workout for the active aging as well as athletes.

Two intro classes are required for all members prior to class scheduling.

Class Cancelations:

We require a 24-hour advance notice for cancellation.
No-shows or late cancellations will be charged full cost of the session.
