As the Medical Exercise Director, I manage our Medical Exercise Membership and Cancer Rehabilitation Program. Our Medical Exercise program is designed to improve the health and quality of life for individuals with high risk medical conditions through supervised exercise in a safe, controlled environment. Our Cancer Rehabilitation Program aims to improve the health and aid the recovery of cancer patients and survivors. The program seeks to shift the focus from illness to wellness by reducing fatigue and improving strength and endurance. Group Fitness Program Director Carrie Haines

As the Group Fitness Program Director, I design and manage the group exercise class schedule. This includes, but is not limited to, all mainstream classes, studio cycling, mind/body classes, aqua classes, medical fitness classes, and Pilates. I recruit instructor talent, educate instructors, and work with leaders in the fitness industry to bring state-of-the-art class formats to Saint Mary’s. I also teach several classes including cycling, willPower & grace®, Balletone®, Sit & Get Fit, Zumba®, and Stretch Fusion.
